I offer group, family or one to one sessions for anyone from 2 to 102 years old. Over the last few years I have developed and improved my programme of relaxation exercises and activities which can be used both for enhancing general wellbeing and for targeting specific areas of need.
Relaxation classes can be conducted in school, at home or in the community. Individual or family sessions are usually conducted in your home and last for 50 minutes to an hour. The number of sessions required will be discussed with you depending on your needs. For older children or adults, online sessions can be arranged if this is more accessible.
