I currently offer online counselling sessions but hope to be able to provide in-person counselling in the near future. Whatever brings you to therapy, you will receive a warm welcome and a safe and accepting environment in my sessions where we can explore together whatever you would like support with.
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and integrate other counselling techniques where it is beneficial to my clients or they prefer a different approach. I will bring my genuine ability to listen and introduce you to tools and strategies that have been proven to work for depression, stress, anxiety, loss, low self-esteem and many other challenges we face in life.

I believe that everyone should be able to access counselling services so I keep my fees as affordable as possible with concessions for students, OAPs and those on low incomes. Please ask for my rates when you get in touch.
